I am an experienced municipal and regional politician, and I had a career of over 30 years at the University of Oulu. I am also a mother and grandmother. My decision-making is guided by my solid experience and the belief that a happy society and functional services are created together
My five important life values.
The weak must be defended. Everyday safety brings trust. Equal and fair treatment of people is a human right. The earth does not need people, but people need the globe, and let's take care of it. Cooperation creates happiness.
A welfare society means everyday safety. Work and hobbies for life.

Heikkoja pitää puolustaa. Arjen turvallisuus tuo luottamusta. Ihmisten tasa-arvoinen ja tasapuolinen kohtelu on ihmisoikeus. Maapallo ei tarvitse ihmistä, mutta ihminen tarvitsee maapallon, pidetään siitä huolta. Yhteistoiminta luo onnellisuutta.

A person has the right to vote in the municipality if they are registered in on February 21, 2025 to the municipality.
Advance voting in Finland: April 2–8, 2025
Advance voting outside of Finland: April 2–5, 2025
Election day: April 13, 2025
Advance voting
People entitled to vote may vote in advance instead of voting on the election day. Advance voting can be done in any general advance polling station in Finland or abroad.
